Most dental offices require you to pay the full bill upfront and wait for your insurance to reimburse you. We do things differently. To make your visit as stress-free as possible, we handle the heavy lifting for you:

• We File the Paperwork: We submit your claims directly to your insurance company.
• We Wait, Not You: Instead of asking for the full amount upfront, we wait for the insurance company to pay its portion.
• No Surprises: Our system includes most local insurance plans. This allows us to give you a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before your treatment begins.

Your Responsibility

• Co-pays: You only need to pay your estimated portion (the co-pay) on the day of your visit.
• Final Balances: Insurance quotes are estimates. You’ll cover any remaining balance if insurance pays less.
• Help us help you: Please provide your insurance details before your scheduled visit. This allows us to verify your benefits and give you an accurate cost estimate the moment you walk in!

Payment Options & Financing

We believe in providing the highest quality care at a fair price. To keep our services affordable for everyone, payment is due at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We make payment easy. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept CareCredit, which offers 6-month interest-free financing, making payments more manageable. Contact us to learn more or apply for CareCredit here.

What Happens After Your Visit?

1. Insurance Processing: Most insurance companies pay their portion within 4 to 6 weeks.
2. Monthly Statements: After insurance pays, we notify you of any remaining balance.
3. Final Balance: If your statement hasn’t updated after 6 weeks, or if you have questions, please call us. Any remaining balance after insurance is your responsibility.
