First, the building is historic and beautiful and doesn't feel like a dentist office. The atmosphere instantly puts you at ease along with he friendly greeting you get when you walk in. Second, there was no waiting. As soon as I checked-in, they were ready for my appointment. Usually, I am a bit unnerved at the dentist. The sounds of the drills and cleaning equipment set me on edge but it was quiet and the staff was so calming and put me at ease. It was my first appointment so I had the full gambit of procedures - x-rays, gum inspections, chat with the dentist about work I wanted done/needed done, and a cleaning. They were quick with estimates and insurance and in setting up the following appointments. This might be strange, but I really enjoyed my visit and am not even a little apprehensive about going back and getting my teeth in tip-top shape. Best experience I have ever had at the dentist.
