As a new patient, I was immediately impressed by the expertise and professionalism of the Downtown Dental crew. Both my hygienist Jessica and Dr. Blane exhibited a respect and empathy that put me at ease; they clearly care about patients being informed and full participants in their own care. Most of all, they recognized my need for new fillings early on — which validated the experience I had previously been having. If you ever notice something “off” with your teeth, these are the people to come to. Knowing I was in good hands gave me a sense of relief.
