Patient Review
Not impressed with this office. I do think they took advantage of a situation because they could. Our college student is up in Flagstaff and had to get a cleaning done. I specifically asked him to make sure this office was in network with our insurance. We have a PPO plan. Sure enough, two weeks after his appointment they are sending a bill to us saying they are not in network with our insurance. So, now there’s a bill, when all he got was an exam with a cleaning and x-rays. All which are covered 100% by our insurance. They even charged him for fluoride (which goes to explain that they took advantage of this kid). I guarantee if this was explained to our college student prior to him going to his appointment, he would’ve called me and I would’ve told him not to keep his appointment. I called to ask why there were charges that are covered 100% and it’s because they charge more than the fair pricing that our insurance allows. I’ve never in my life had to pay for a cleaning, exam and xrays. There was an opportunity to take advantage of a college kid for a few extra bucks and it was taken by this office.

Flagstaff Downtown Dental is always fantastic. Appointments run on time, and the staff is always polite, professional & courteous! I saw Angel Lombardi & Brandon Cordova today, and very much enjoyed the experience. Kudos to Dr. Bacon for continuing to lead the pack for Flagstaff dentistry!

I have been using this dental clinic for a few years now and it's been a pleasant experience made possible by the staff. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Things are explained very well and it's one of the most thorough cleaning experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend your office to anyone. Yesterday I had my fourth dental cleaning with Jolena and it was excellent. Everyone in this office helps each other; they laugh a lot and the dentists are engaging and fun. I couldn't have chosen a better dental office for my dental needs! I have never had such a great dental team here in Flagstaff! Thanks Downtown Dental!
