First time going to this practice and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the dental care was very thorough and informative. Keen was my hygienist and she was so knowledgeable and helpful and Dr Stowell was lovely too. So happy I chose this practice as my new dental care office! I highly recommend!

The people here are great, they really seem to care about you and your needs and do their best to accommodate for your situation. They helped me with a few temporary fixes on my front bridge, and even waived some of the costs at the time which was so loving. However, with all the planning and hard work I was doing to finally get a new bridge made and everything else ahead of me, in the end this office seemed to lack heart and felt robotic to me. The fix they did lasted weeks and almost made it to the finish line when I had a new bridge made, but it popped out when I was wrestling with my son and friends, and instead of a very simple re-cementing that would hold for another week until I got the new bridge and save me the embarrassment of not having two front teeth in public, they refused to recement it based on “protocol” and became vigilant on them trying to sell me a flipper for $600. So in my experience, the heart wasn’t there, and it became a machine manipulating and hustling me. That’s what’s real for me. They are good people there. For sure. And they are very good at what they do, you’ll be in good hands. In the end though, it’s a hustle and they won’t meet you where you’re at beyond what’s okay with their perfect “protocol”. With that being said I’m going somewhere else to get these two little teeth cemented back onto my bridge so I can go about my days comfortably and confidently until my new bridge is made.
