Good people doing good work. 🦷 This last experience was not a total success. The young man who escorted me to the exam area and took x-rays was thorough and efficient. Keene did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. But after being in the chair for an hour and forty minutes, I still had not seen the dentist. I left. A six-month cleaning appointment should not take that long.

First time at Flagstaff Downtown Dentist. Pleasant staff. However, they were unable to get adequate x-rays of my teeth. After about 20 attempts with 3 different staff members, they finally gave up. Not sure why they were unsuccessful. The dentist stated he will personally try to take x-rays next time I visit. Also, they quoted me $347 over the phone for this first visit, but charged me $382. Seems I shouldn’t have had to pay for the bite wing x-ray that wasn’t successful or at least should have been charged only the quoted cost. I am a bit uncomfortable leaving a less than positive review. But this was my experience.
