When the bonded filling on my front tooth fell off, I had no established dentist and wasn’t sure what to expect. I called Flagstaff Downtown Dental that morning and was seen the same afternoon. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff made me feel like an established patient, not a stranger in a bind. Dr. Blane was thorough, reassuring, and clearly skilled — the repair looks better than it did before the filling ever fell off. His assistant was equally wonderful, and the whole experience was efficient without feeling rushed. My husband and I both left with future appointments scheduled. That says everything.
