I have only been recently going to this office, and I guess I will now have to find a new one for my wife and me. The dentists and their assistants at this office are great and I have had no problems with them. This review has no reflection on their work and kindness. I had a recent problem with the front desk. I have had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to work. I had to give a days notice and reschedule for a third time due to getting sick. I was told that they would cancel my appointment and would not allow me to reschedule. I don’t believe this was the professional way to handle this situation and I was not aware they were having problems with me rescheduling. Not that I can control when and how I get sick, but if they would have communicated there was a problem, I could have attempted to fix it. The office manager contacted me the next day and took responsibility and apologized which speaks volumes about their character. Of course, I needed to take some responsibility as well for how many times I have rescheduled. She was nice and professional, I went from feeling unwelcome to welcome, and they even asked for another chance. She put notes in my file to explain my situation which also makes me feel cared about and not just another number. Because of their actions, I want to recant the score and review. Again for the few times that I have been in, I have taken notice of some things. This establishment is fun and feels like home. When you are in the chair you can listen to everyone's stories of the day and even participate in it. The doctors have great relationships with each other and are competitive about their work in a fun way. It's even entertaining when the doctor has all his tools in your mouth and asks you a question. You make some sort of sound and he knows exactly what you are saying. They are personable and polite. They are thorough and detailed with their work. Their experience and training are very noticeable. They deserve nothing less than a 5-star review.
