Excellent. I was in need of emergency dental treatment during a trip to Arizona, and was lucky enough to find Flagstaff Downtown. The staff were extremely welcoming and made an effort to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible despite having walked in off the street as a foreigner with no appointment on the 4th of January. Brad was fantastic, insightful, careful and willing to ensure that my visit was as comfortable as possible. I can highly recommend the services of Brad & his team.

Recently, I made my first visit to Flagstaff Downtown Dental. Dr. Lerud listened carefully to my concerns shortly thereafter his assistant performed a new patient examination. Both displayed professional conduct & courtesy. After the treatment plan was written, I decided to share their diagnoses for a crown & a couple of fillings with my previous dentist, with whom I’ve maintained a client/doctor relationship for several years. My former dentist’s prodigy disagreed with what was recommended; then proceeded to explain that I needed a crown on a completely different tooth, moreover performed the procedure - eventually I had to get a root canal per Dr. Lerud’s referral to Flagstaff Endodontics. I plan to write an equally positive review for Dr. Alaina Leiendecker at Flagstaff Endodontics. (The root canal went much better than I would have imagined!) Thankfullly, the period of time between visits to see Dr. Lerud & his staff at Flagstaff Downtown Dental, as well as Dr. Leiendecker & her staff at Flagstaff Endodontics was brief - within only a few weeks of not being able to chew comfortably, everything has improved significantly. Shortly before resolving the situation, I told Dr. Lerud that, if I were able to eat an apple without such sensitivity by February, I’d be forever grateful. As silly as this may seem, the next weekend I bit into a carrot without even thinking about it. We take such basic abilities for granted at times, or at least I know I had up until this work had began. Thank you everyone at Flagstaff Downtown Dental!
