Patient Review
My husband and I were traveling through Camp Verde for New Years when a wire on his braces came loose and stabbed him in the inside of his cheek. None of the emergency rooms in the area could help. It was late in the day on Dec 30, and all dentist offices were closed. I called several dental offices in Flagstaff and finally got the cell number for Dr. Brad Lerud. I left a message and he called me back right away. He does not work on braces, but gave me the information for two doctors in Flagstaff who do. He called me back a short time later to say that he would come into the office on the next day to try and help. In the meantime, my husband was able to completely remove the inside wire portion of his braces. I am so impressed with Dr Lerud. I sincerely appreciate his willingness to go out of his way for someone who is not even his patient. If we lived in Flagstaff, he would be our dentist!

First off, Dr. Bacon is a excellent dentist. The new facility downtown is large, modern and has parking. The entire staff of Flagstaff Downtown Dental is professional, helpful and considerate of the patients needs. That must be why Flagstaff Downtown Dental and Dr. Bacon have been our dentist for the last 25 years. Tim & Colleen B.

I am terrified of dentists! The moment I walked through the door my anxiety was getting the better of me but when I approached the front desk I was given nothing but welcoming smiles. When they were told that my jaw was hurting after getting my wisdom teeth out they offered a lazer treatment free of charge! The lazer helped a lot but again I was terrified when dr. Lerud pulled out the shot that would numb my gums only to be assured that he would go slow and make it as painless as possible. I was sceptical and braced for pain but there was no pain at all! The whole time they were fixing my cavity i would brace myself for pain and was surprised to feel no pain at all! They were super helpful and amazing all around and I highly recommend Flagstaff Downtown Dentistry!!!
