All good except for price. Hire Amanda. She's a keeper and was really nice to work with. Didn't hurt me either.The service was usual prompt and courteous. Dr Larud seems like a pretty good guy. Please hire Amanda. She's great.

When I moved to Flagstaff, I really needed to find a good dentist. After my first visit to the office (there are two doctors here apparently), I met Dr. Lerud and the staff and I was really impressed! I've been to see him a couple of times now (Yikes! Cavities!), and I feel so comfortable and welcome in their office. Dr. Lerud was really gentle with my teeth and made sure I was okay while he worked on them. By far my best dental experience and I would highly recommend going to see them! I think another important thing for me is that they are up front with their costs. I knew about how much insurance would cover when I went in to get the work done so there were no surprises! Yay!

Got in and out quick and was asked to schedule an appointment for a crown replacement on a broken tooth I have. Attempted to schedule the appointment and was asked by front desk staff to call every day to see if they have a cancellation that they may fit me into due to four missed appointments, which were due to unforeseen work related incidents. I was also told if i display a good pattern of making appointments I will be able to schedule appointments, but until then if I need an appointment I need to call and see if they can fit me in, despite me making an appointment last week for today and making the scheduled appointment. Other than that I would not go anywhere else, Dr Bacon's office is by far my family's first choice for dentistry.
